HOW MUCH DOES YOUR DELIVERY COST?

In Germany, standard shipping costs €4.91 and is free from €88 order value.

If you are unsure or have any questions about our delivery, you can always contact us.

We deliver from Monday to Friday, except holidays. Orders placed before 12 noon (Central European Standard Time) will be processed the same day. All orders are shipped as standard shipping (GoGreen) with DHL.

• Within Germany: 3-5 working days
• Within Europe: 5-7 business days
• Outside Europe: 7-14 business days

Standard Shipping Fees

Domestic – Germany

For shipments within Germany, the DHL parcel is  used. Delivery usually takes place within 1-2 working days. Prices depend on weight 

• Within Germany: 4.91 EUR or free shipping for orders over 88.00 EUR
• Zone 1: 7.90 EUR or free shipping for orders over 108.00 EUR
• Zone 2: 9.90 EUR or free shipping for orders over 128.00 EUR
• Zone 3: 11.90 EUR or free shipping on orders over 148.00 EUR
• Zone 4: 12.90 EUR
• Rest of the world: 15.90 EUR

Fees for overweight

• Zone 1: 11.90 EUR 1-2 kg, 51.90 over 2 kg  
• Zone 2: 11.90 EUR 1-2 kg, 51.90 over 2 kg  
• Zone 3: 21.90 EUR 1-2 kg, 51.90 over 2 kg
• Zone 4: 35.90 EUR 1-2 kg, 51.90 over 2 kg
• Rest of the world: 11.90 EUR 1-2 kg, 51.90 over 2 kg

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

In Germany, the delivery time is between 1-3 working days. When you place an order, we will automatically send you a tracking number from our shipping partner DHL GoGreen, which you can use to track the current status of your order. For delivery abroad, delivery may take between 2 to 14 business days longer, depending on the country.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

You will receive your tracking number automatically by email after it has been sent. Please also check your spam folder. If you have not received a tracking number, please contact our customer service email at any time.

MY DELIVERY HAS NOT ARRIVED.

Real Talk: Annoying! Although our regular delivery time is 1-3 business days, it may take a little longer in exceptional cases. Therefore, please check your tracking number first. If the investigation has not revealed anything, please contact us.

MY DELIVERY IS DAMAGED.

Real Talk: Unfortunately, it happens from time to time! Customer love is our top priority. Please document the damage with some pictures and contact our customer service immediately. We will take care of your request directly - we promise!

I MADE A MISTAKE WHEN ORDERING.

Mistakes happen to the best! It's a good thing you noticed it so quickly - since we initiate shipping immediately after ordering, we can't promise you anything. Nevertheless, please contact us as soon as possible by email - and we will see what else we can do!
