We deliver to all European countries.
All orders are shipped as standard shipping with our preferred courier partner DHL (Climate-neutral shipping via GoGreen).
Monday to Friday (except holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 (Central European Standard Time) will be processed the same day.

CONFIRMATIONS AND TRACKING ORDERS
An initial email will be sent upon order confirmation (normally within 24 hours). A second email will include your tracking number. Please also check your spam or junk folder.

Although standard delivery takes 1–5 business days, delays may occur in exceptional cases. Tracking notifications will be updated accordingly.

Please report damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery and include proper documentation. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

If your order was packed incorrectly, please report this within 7 days of delivery and include documentation so we can investigate.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / REFUND POLICY
A “consumer” is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither of their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity (§13 German Civil Code).

WITHDRAWAL INSTRUCTIONS AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION
You have the Right of Withdrawal from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, take(s) possession of the goods.

You must indicate a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract (e.g. by letter sent by post or e-mail).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the Right of Withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
Without undue delay and within the fourteen (14) day notice period, you must send back the goods or hand them over to us at:

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal was removed after delivery.
This includes in particular foodstuffs, supplements, capsules, powders, liquids, and similar products.
