Terms of Service SANAFUTURA GmbH

1. General 

By accessing and placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

2. Products & Pricing 

All prices are displayed in EUR, and VAT is displayed in check out where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Orders are subject to availability.

3. Order Acceptance 

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. SANAFUTURA GmbH reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

4. Payment 

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major payment methods as displayed at checkout.

5. Delivery 

Delivery times are estimates only. SANAFUTURA GmbH is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

6. Consumer Rights 

EU customers retain all statutory rights under applicable EU and German consumer protection law, including the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt.

7. Liability 

SANAFUTURA GmbH's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
