Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Worn, damaged, or altered items are not eligible.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at manager@remusnation.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked service.
Refunds
Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
