Delivery Times 

Orders shipped within Europe are typically delivered within 5–10 business days depending on the destination country. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Shipping Rates 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Duties & Taxes 

All prices at checkout are inclusive of VAT where applicable. For intra-EU orders, VAT is collected at checkout. For orders shipped from outside the EU (e.g., from our international fulfillment partner), import duties and taxes are not included in the order total and will be collected upon delivery by the carrier or local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking 

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

We ship to all EU member states and select non-EU European countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.
